Thistle have been boosted by a loan extension for exciting young Morton ace Alec McWatters until the end of January.
The Largs gaffer Arnie (Stuart Davidson) said that the players have worked hard over the festive break with two friendlies against Port Glasgow and Largs AFC Amateurs, and are ready for action this weekend. 
Arnie concluded: "I can't overstate how massive this game against Kilwinning on Saturday is for us - it's a chance to get off the bottom and to start the year on a positive footing."
