Thistle turn their attentions to the West of Scotland Cup 2nd round as they meet up with Cambuslang Rangers this Saturday.
The Barrfields men are on a high after their impressive second half showing against Kilsyth, while in-form Cambuslang were surprise 2-0 losers at Irvine Meadow on league business.
It is a 2pm kick-off at home for the New Coins Automatic sponsored cup-tie which will go straight to penalties if it is a draw after 90 minutes
It is the first of three meetings between the sides, as Largs and Cambuslang play their re-arranged league match on Saturday April 14 at Barrfields Park, and still have an away league encounter to play.
These league fixtures could go a long way to deciding Thistle's promotion hopes so this Saturday is, in effect, a dress rehearsal.
Assistant boss Martin Crawford said: "Back in January, Largs were 1-0 up at half-time and Cambuslang had been reduced to ten men after a sending off when the game was abandoned.
"It was more of a godsend for Cambuslang than it was for us that the game was abandoned at half-time.
"We let other teams worry about us as we have great energy going forward and great tenacity in midfield, and we have now had two clean sheets in a row. We feel that the victory was taken away from us, and we will be using it as an incentive this weekend to put that right."
