Largs Thistle boss Sandy MacLean made an apology to the club support via his Twitter page after shock defeat at Johnstone Burgh.
The manager said: "I need to apologise to all Largs supporters who travelled to the game.
"We let you all down. There is no hiding place and no excuses - it was simply not good enough."
Thistle opened the scoring after a Creag Little goal on 15 minutes but capitulated in the first half, and found themselves 4-1 down at half-time.
Nicky Jamieson notched a consolation in the second half but it was not enough for Thistle who had three late red cards for Scott Keogh, Barry McLaughlin and Glenn Thomson to complete a horror show for Thistle.
