Zippo's Circus won't be clowning around when they unveil their magnificent new daredevil show close to Largs Marina this Friday.

Boasting a brand-new production, complete with high wire walking, acrobatics, and juggling, Zippo's presents 'Encore!' for 2010. Britain's best-loved travelling company brings a show full of the fire, passion, thrills and excitement of the circus.

The all-new production features veteran ringmaster Norman Barrett MBE, Tom Roberts' Liberty Horses, the award-winning Konyot Clowns, High Wire walking, juggling, acrobatics and all the very latest dare-devil circus acts, including the legendary Wheel of Death.

Norman Barrett is giving his first performances in Britain since visiting Buckingham Palace to collect an MBE - and he'll be proudly introducing the best of what the circus has to offer when its big top opens just outside Largs Marina from Friday 30th July to Sunday 1st August.

Norman began his career in the ring, presenting horses at the age of 12 and after over 60 years in circus, is still working with horses and presenting his world-famous budgie act which delights kids big and small.

Alternatively, the people of Largs could visit one of the (all human) circuses touring the UK that have moved into the twenty-first century by avoiding the exploitation of animals solely for entertainment.
