BATON fun day There will be a breakfast barbecue at Inverclyde Sports Centre in Largs from 8.30am with your opportunity to get a photo with the Queen's Relay Baton.
.A special mixture of entertainment to celebrate the arrival of the Queens Baton Relay will take place on Largs esplanade from 10am-2pm. The day starts at 10am with musical entertainment which will carry on as the Baton passes through the town and heads over to Millport. As the baton leaves the town the entertainment will start off in earnest with a fierce Viking skirmish followed by melodic singing form Largs Community Choir as they share songs from the Commonwealth Song Book as part of the Big Big Sing initiative. Largs Youth Theatre will also be there with their own, unique style of entertainment for all ages.
