WRAY - Ian Alexander Ian Alexander Wray was born 3rd June 1930 and died peacefully on 11th April at home in Fairlie surrounded by his loving family. Ian is survived by his wife of 67 years, Nancy, father to Andrew and wife Ingrid and Sue with her husband Alan along with grandchildren Hannah, Catherine, Meg and Iona and four great grandchildren. Ian founded Barr & Wray a very successful Glasgow based company in 1959 that still thrives to day and of which he was rightly proud. A celebration of Ian's life will take place Friday 22nd April at Fairlie Parish Church at 11am. Please wear bright colours. No flowers please, however if you wish to make a donation, Ian supported the work of Fairlie Parish Church and a charity based in Strachur on Loch Fyne. Thank you.
