TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND)

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997 THE NORTH AYRSHIRE COUNCIL (GLEN ROAD, FAIRLIE) TREE PRESERVATION ORDER 24TH JUNE 2015
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 11 November 2015 The North Ayrshire Counci in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 160 and 161 of The Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 confirmed the above mentioned Order prohibiting the cutting down, lopping, uprooting, wilfuldamage or wilfu destruction of the trees specified in the Schedule hereto. The Order was confirmed without modification.
Copies of the Order confirmed and of the plan referred to therein may be inspected by any persons free of charge at Legaland Protective Services, First Floor, Cunninghame House, Irvine and Fairlie Library, Main Road, Fairlie, Largs.
The Order became operationalon the 24th day of June Two thousand and fifteen. Dated this 25th day of November Two thousand and fifteen.

1.95 Hectares of mixed deciduous and coniferous mature woodland, lying to the North of Glen Road Fairlie, to the West of Castlepark Drive Fairlie and bounded on the West by Main Road, Fairlie, in the Parish of Largs and County of Ayr.
