MITCHELL James (Jimmy) The family are sad to announce Jimmy passed away peacefully at Inverclyde Royal Hospital on 14th May 2024, aged 102. Jimmy was a beloved husband, dad and grandpa, WW2 veteran of the Queens own Kent Yeomanry, keen bowler and sailor. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. The family would like to thank his neighbours, carers and nurses for all the kindness and care shown to him. A celebration of Jimmy's life will be held at Clyde Coast and Garnock Valley Crematorium on Monday 10th June 2024 at 11.00am. All family and friends welcome. No flowers please, but a donation if you wish to the British Heart Foundation.
