There are plenty of Halloween fun and games this weekend at Kelburn Country Centre.

On Saturday 25 October, the Kelburn stables will be staging a horse event open to all. There are a huge range of competitions including fancy dress, gymkhana games, chase-me-charlie, a handy pony course, the prettiest mare and the handsomest gelding. The Kelburn riding school horses are also available to hire if you want to take part and don’t have your own steed.

There are also dog classes taking place on the day. Again, this fun event is open to all visitors with competitions for Fancy Dress, Gymkhana Games, the Waggiest Tail and even a Handy Dog Course.

To take part in either of these events please call The Kelburn Estate Office on 01475 568685.

And for children, it is time to get ready for trick or treating with Pumpkin Carving, drawing and more on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 October 11am–3pm.

The Kelburn Rangers will be holding special afternoons of Halloween crafts which also includes painting and making Halloween surprises too.

And don’t forget FRIGHT FEST at Kelburn.

Kelburn Country Estate has two days and two nights of fearmongering, fun, fire and food this Halloween on Friday 31 October and Saturday 1 November.

Daytime activities include bob apple and donut games for the children.

For the first time ever, The Argyle Ghost Hunters will be taking groups of visitors to Kelburn’s eeriest locations to hunt for paranormal activities using traditional and modern techniques.

Then there’s the newest activity, Zombie Laser Tag, where you can chase cowboy zombies through the Wild West Saloon.
