The Village Inn, Fairlie, will be holding a special ABBA themed charity night in January - helping to banish those new year blues.
The event is being held to raise money for the The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation - the only charity in the UK dedicated to the defeat of lung cancer.
In addition to funding research, the charity funds Lung Cancer support services and staff.
Tickets are £20 per head and include a three course meal with entertainment starting at 7.30pm on Friday 16 January.
Guests are encouraged to don full 70s gear.
There will be a raffle with all proceeds being donated to the charity. The Village Inn is also donating 25% of its takings on the night. Lung Cancer is the UK’s biggest cancer killer. It kills almost 35,000 people every year, the equivalent to 96 people every single day.
The charity celebrates its 15th anniversary in Scotland this year. In line with this, £14.6 million has been dedicated to lung cancer research over the past 11 years
