An ambitious £11m holiday village, hotel and spa, coupled with a groundbreaking and innovative 5MW solar farm development has been unveiled for the Isle of Cumbrae.
The exciting village plan at West Bay includes a hotel, retirement housing, indoor swimming pool, cinema and function hall with a capacity of between 150-200 people, in a setting which offers panoramic views of the Clyde including Arran, Wee Cumbrae and Ailsa Craig.
Neil Gallacher, managing director of Complete Solutions (FM) Ltd, has revealed that both developments will go public in the coming months, and islanders will have a full opportunity to respond through a consultation.
