Advent carol service at cathedral
The annual Advent Carol service will take place in the Cathedral of The Isles in Millport at 3pm on Sunday.
The Cathedral Choir directed by Alastair Chisholm will lead the music, with carols from different lands, and congregational hymns for all to sing.
Seasonal scripture passages will be read by members of the island's churches, and the service will be conducted by the Reverend Canon Alec Boyd.
All will be made welcome, and a collection will be taken to support the work of Sonoro, Millport's community choir.
