Largs businesswoman Toni Dawson attended The Scottish Gin Society to present one of the main awards of the evening on Sunday.
The Scottish Gin Society is founded by Stephen White who spends a lot of time in this area as he has a property in Millport.
It was the first ever professional drinks competition to assess Scotland’s 'booming gin business' at a near sell-out event held in Glasgow
The competition was created by KDMedia in 2016. The Scottish Gin Society joined as sponsors in January 2017.
Toni, owner of Geraldo's, presented the 'Scottish Gin of the Year' to Andrew Mackenzie and his wife from Verdant Spirits Gin of Dundee.
GinFest is coming up in Largs on Friday November 24 from 6-10pm in The Brisbane House Hotel. Many of the nominees and Scottish Gin Award winners will be there. Tickets are available at: www.geraldosginfest2017.eventbrite.co.uk
