Breathing Space, Scotland's mental health phone service, will be hosting a 'Pop Up Positivity Cafe' in Millport this month.
Around 7,500 calls are made to Breathing Space each month, from people across Scotland struggling with low mood, stress or anxiety.
The pop up cafe is part of a new campaign by the free helpline, to encourage Scots to practise a positive outlook to life.
Lisa-Jane Aitken, Breathing Space National Development Officer, said: 'Our 365 Brighter Days campaign is all about following a few simple techniques to help build resilience, manage stress and develop coping skills'.
'All are welcome at the Pop Up Cafe, so please join us for coffee and a chat. We'll also be handing out our free booklets, which have some great tips on ways to practise positivity.'
The pop-up cafe takes place at 11am-12:30pm on Tuesday 15 May at Breath of Heaven, 11 Guildford Street.
