The historic building, which was built in 1852, is listed, and has recently hosted Citizens Advice and foodbank services.
It also previously served as North Ayrshire social work offices.
The category 'C' listed building is a detached Victorian Townhouse built in 1852 with a sandstone front and has aluminium framed double glazing throughout.
It is heated by an electric storage system. 
There is a brick built, single storey extension to the rear alongside various small outbuildings set within a rear garden area.
On the ground floor the front door opens into a hall leading to a large office at the front with two smaller offices,
A corridor provides access to the rear extension which includes a kitchen, two further offices and access to the first floor.
There are a further four offices and ladies and gents toilets at this level,
Offers in excess of £75,000 are invited for the building which is also believed to have served as an industrial education school for girls in the 19th century.
The Largs foodbank facility's new home is in the Clark Memorial Church from noon till 5pm every Thursday to accept donations.
