Flames had to be extinguished at sheds near a former primary school building in Largs.
A spokesman said: “The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was alerted at 9.39pm on Tuesday, June 3 to reports of a fire within a shed near the former St Mary’s Primary School in Largs.
“Operations Control mobilised a number of fire engines and firefighters extinguished the flames.
“Crews left the scene at 9.59pm after ensuring the area was made safe.”
The sheds were in Eastern Avenue.
Scottish Fire and Rescue were twice called out to blazes at the former Brisbane Primary last month.
