Marine conservation and wildlife educational projects will be key aspects at a special event at the Field Studies Centre (FSC) in Millport on Saturday 13 October.
The event takes place from 9am until 6pm.
The 2nd FSC research symposium will showcase talks and posters across a range of topics, including marine and coastal research, conservation and wildlife, educational projects and more across the Firth of Clyde and further afield.
The seminar will include a full day of talks and poster sessions as well as an optional second day of field excursions, including rocky shore ecology, plankton sampling and wildlife boat trips around the Firth of Clyde aboard the station’s research vessel RV Actinia.
