A new food and friendship club offering home cooked Sunday lunch takes place on Sunday 16 December at 1pm.
The monthly Sunday lunches are tasty and available to anyone to come along at St Columba’s Scottish Episcopal church hall, Aubery Crescent.
You could maybe bring a friend or relative or encourage others to come.
Hoping that people on their own or needing carers might be encouraged to come along.
They ask for a donation if you can afford it.
Volunteer Hilary Moran who helped set up the new group said: "We call them Food and Friendship lunches, just a chance to have some good chats."
