Water flow chaos in Fairlie
Heavey water flow resulted in disruption for traffic flow on the A78 late Wednesday morning.

The 'News' has contacted Scottish Water regarding the problem.
The matter was fully resolved by 2pm, and concerned a problem with a fire hydrant.
The 'News' understands that the fire service in the area had been checking hydrants and was unable to get this particular one closed over.
