Watchnight services are taking place at various Largs churches on Christmas Eve.
The events at St John's and the Clark Memorial start at 11.30pm. Christmas midnight mass takes place at St Columba's Episcopal Church at 11pm.
St John's will be celebrating the 200th anniversary of 'Silent Night' and the Salvation Army will be playing from 11pm.
There is a family service at St Columba's on Christmas Eve at 5.30pm.
Also on Christmas Eve, St Mary's Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church hosts Christmas carols from 7pm followed by Christmas mass at 7.30pm.
St Columba's Episcopal Church will also be hosting Children's Christingle Service at 4pm on the 24th.
There is also a service on Millport at the Age Concern Hall by Cumbrae Parish Church at 6.30pm.
The Cathedral of the Isles in Millport is hosting its Christmas Eve midnight service at 11.15pm.
