The Scottish Government has launched a new online Brexit self-assessment tool to help businesses prepare for Brexit.

The campaign is being delivered in partnership with Scottish Enterprise and Skills Development Scotland.

Local businesses can access a self-assessment tool to help identify how Brexit might affect their business operations and provide bespoke recommendations for solutions.

The toolkit also features a 15-point checklist to make sure businesses know what preparations to make, ensuring their business continues to thrive.

Local MSP Kenneth Gibson said: “Taking action to prepare for all Brexit eventualities now will put businesses in a stronger position for when the current uncertainties in the Brexit negotiations are resolved, helping Scottish businesses get ahead of their competitors. I would encourage all businesses in North Ayrshire to make use of the toolkit and the free expert advice available through Skills Development Scotland.”
