Dial a Bus success in Millport
The introduction of a Dial-A-Bus service for the Island of Cumbrae was seen as a plus at the recent community council meeting.
In terms of the regular bus service, Cal Mac have stated they will inform the bus company Millport Motors when they have large amounts of foot passengers so a bigger bus may be substituted.
In their Cumbrae ferry section of the Caledonian MacBrayne website states: "The connecting bus service is privately operated, by Millport Motors and some services may have restrictions on passenger numbers.
"They can be contacted on 01475 530 555."
