Live music is on offer at an unusual location north of Largs as part of a charity fundraiser.

Songs of Love and Lust, Humour and Hardship, Wisdom and Whisky from Scotland – and beyond - is taking place at Knock Castle on Sunday 24 February at 3pm.

The group 'Hazy Days and Nights' apply traditional Scottish textures to a variety of musical genres.

With fine lyrics and catchy tunes offer an oasis of easy-on-the-ear music – a refuge from a world of shrieking chaos!

Their sets include classic pops with a little Country & Western, some American, Caribbean and Latin-American numbers, a spot of Scottish, Irish and English folk and a few gems in other European languages.
