Eileen Welsh, Brown Owl with 1st Largs Brownies, had a surprise visit during the Brownies recent Promise ceremony.
Helen Shedden, County Commissioner, arrived to award Eileen her 30 year long service award.
Eileen has been Brown Owl to hundreds of Brownies over the years, inspiring many to go on to become leaders themselves.
Shirley McGinty who takes 1st Fairlie Brownies said: “Eileen was my Brown Owl and she is the reason I became a leader”.
Everyone in Kelburn Division sends their congratulations on this amazing achievement.
