Largs Golf club for many years ran child coaching at Inverclyde Sport Centre and now run their own Junior Coaching Academy.
This has proven to be very popular under the guidance of the club professional Andy Fullen.
The club are now offering free membership to children between the ages of 8 and 16 whose parents or grandparents are currently full paying members
This initiative will hopefully encourage youngsters to take up the game and promote sport within the local area.
This package is available until 31st March and is open to new and existing members.
Andy Fullen Largs Professional said: “Here at Largs we are actively encouraging the kids to learn not only the game of golf but make new friends and become involved in sport.
"Hopefully one day Andy’s Academy will unearth the next Sam Torrance to fly the flag on the European Tour."
