A heritage workshop is taking place in the DA Hall in Millport on Wednesday 27 March.

The Coig is a new tourism initiative for Ayrshire, Firth of Clyde and the Clyde islands - 'Five Routes - One Great Adventure'.

The Coig Project team have set up workshops and seminars at various locations for people to find out more about the project and get involved.

There are two events to find out how to get on to the mobile app and a heritage workshop about how to get involved to identify key heritage assets for visitors.

The heritage workshop takes place between 10.30am and 12.30pm for historical, heritage and cultural groups and individuals.

The Coig Project and Mobile App seminar takes place between 2pm and 4pm for tourism group members.

These events are free to attend for tourism group members, tourism businesses or people involved in heritage/historical or cultural groups.

Booking is essential as places are limited.
