A public consultation on the Clyde Regional Marine Planning Strategy is taking place on Saturday 25 May at the Field Studies Centre in Millport.
Issues relating to the river include our coast, nature, water sports, fishing and industrial developments.
The environmental and economic future of the Firth of Clyde depends on bringing planners, regulatory bodies, investors and local communities together to maximise economic opportunities while protecting the marine environment.
A new marine strategy is being agreed by a group called the Clyde Marine Planning Partnership which is headed by Lady Glasgow.
The consultation takes place between 3-6pm.
You can access the plan at www.clydemarineplan.scot and comment online.
