Largs seafront was a Mini car lover's paradise on Sunday as hundreds of the vehicles were lined up on the promenade for a spectacular sight.
It was the town's very own Italian Job as around 200 minis visit the town for a major event later this month, and it was all for two very good causes - Alzheimers Scotland and Largs RNLI.
The Thistle Run - the biggest event of its type in Scotland - started in Loch Lomond on Sunday morning and finished on the prom at 1pm, bringing hundreds of old and new cars to the town.
The 20th Thistle Run coincides with the 60th anniversary of the Mini.
The event is organised by The Mini Clan and this is the first time it has visited Largs.
Largs man Ian Murdoch helped to gain permission from North Ayrshire Council for the display on the prom after being approached by organisers.
He said: "It was a great event and I welcome it coming to Largs. I hope it returns again and again in future - and hopefully we are blessed with better weather next time.
"There is a local connection as Largs man Alasdair Pauline is part of the mini clan that helped organise the event.
