Scottish SPCA seek home for Ayrshire ferrets

The Scottish SPCA is seeking a forever home for the ferrets in the care of their Ayrshire Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre.

Marion Hainey, manager of the centre said, “Fabulous Fergus is one our longest ferret resident, having been in our care for 48 days.

“He is looking for a forever home where he has lots of space to run around and explore, as well as a nice cosy bed for him to cuddle into for a rest when he gets tired.

“Fergus really enjoys playing in his tunnels and chasing his treat ball about but his all-time favourite thing to do is cuddling up in his cosy tunnel for a nap.

“Our longest resident ferret is Dec, he has been with us for 60 days!

“Dec was found as a stray so we don’t know much about his background. He will be looking for a forever home with someone who has previously owned ferrets in the past and has experience with their temperament and needs.”

Anyone who can offer Fergus or Dec a home should contact the Scottish SPCA’s centre in Ayr on 03000 999 999.
