Street sports inititiave
A new free sporting initiative has been launched to give young people more to do over the summer months and help combat anti-social behaviour in Largs.
Police officers in the town have joined forces with partner agencies and community groups to offer sporting activities for all teenagers this summer - including free basketball and football sessions.
A portable football pitch will be set up on Largs Prom on Friday 12 July from 6-9pm, and there is free basketball at Anderson Park between 6-8pm on Wednesday 17 July.
