Sooty is in the care of Cats Protection for the second time in his life as his recent owner became unwell and could no longer look after him.

He is extremely sweet natured, and is happy to live as a house cat so he will suit an adopter who might live on a busier street and didn't think they were able to have a cat.

Sooty is 12 years old, and is on medication for his thyroid which is easily given as liquid in to his food.

He'd prefer not to share his home with young children or other pets, but will be great company for his new owner and loves a lap to perch on.
