At the club AGM, David Blackwood was installed as the new President of Largs Thistle, and replaces Peter Connor who has stepped down after three years in the role.
In a message to supporters, Peter said: "Last season I thought the team played great football and we were a joy to watch at times, sometimes destroying the opposition with our fast flowing play,.
"We got the points on the board in the league early which was important and we went on a great Scottish Cup run - everyone at the club including the supporters and the town were buzzing.
"Unfortunately we didn't manage to replicate the form we had shown in the previous rounds on cup final day itself.
"I thought the committee were excellent on the day and it all took a lot of organising.
"We upgraded the showers and the kitchen which was much needed. The under 16s winning the league was well deserved. The U21s were also consistent and just missing out on promotion, and the U19s will be a new team that is setting up.
"I was very proud to be president of Largs Thistle and given everything over the past three years and did just about doing every job there was to do on a Saturday."
Peter is staying on to help in the community club set-up in terms of park bookings and helping behind the scenes with the younger age groups.
He added: "Thanks to my family, committee, the team all the helpers, sponsors Dick Brock and Kenny Little, and all the supporters who stood by me."
There was a round of applause to Peter at the meeting.
As well as elevated positions for some committee members, Andy McGill is acting match secretary, while Stuart McAulay is club treasurer.
The club are also looking at bringing in CCTV to the stadium after continuing vandalism at Barrfields Park in a bid to act as a deterrent.
