Tickets for the SAMH charity event in Lounge on Sunday 24 November are selling fast so anyone wanting tickets should get them now.

They are only £5 and it’s going to be a great day with lots of very talented musicians from 2pm all the way through till 10pm.

Suzanne Fairlie is organising a music day fundraiser at the Largs restaurant on 24 November for the benefit of Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) after she sadly lost her husband last year.

Sons Derek and Max, both talented musicians, will be performing on the big day. A host of other top bands from the west of Scotland will also be taking part.

Suzanne has made a special plea for anyone with a van to help assist.

She said: "Can I please ask if there is anyone with a van who would be able to drive musical equipment in the Sunday morning and again in the Monday morning I would be most grateful.

"I can’t believe the generosity so far from local businesses such as Largs Printing Company, Stephen McDonald of Lounge, The Retreat beauty spa, The 3 reasons, The George, Neilly shoe shop, Adore gift shop, The Seamill Hydro leisure club, The Wee Craft Shop, Koh I Noor Indian restaurant and Caroline Morgan photography

"Thank you all so much

"Anyone wishing to offer to drive and the use of their van please contact me on 07949 355321 - also anyone wishing to donate to raffle can also do this

"This is a charity very close to my heart."
