The Largs Players are set to perform their annual family panto in Barrfields with an all singing and dancing local cast.

The Snow Queen is a magical panto adventure for all the family running Thursday December 5th and 6th at 7.30pm, and Saturday 7th at 6.30pm.

Written and directed by Largs own Laura Edison, it takes the traditional story and throws it out the window, giving the tale a full Scottish panto twist.

Including everyone's favourite panto elements we know and love from slapstick comedy to toe tapping songs and dances, to spectacular special effects they will transform the theatre into a winter wonderland.

The baddie Jack Frost and his henchmen Ice, Ice and Baby are back in the village of Ikea to take the crown from his younger brother.

Join Princess Ellie on a journey to save the village, and watch as she earns her title of Snow Queen, helped along the way by all the goodies, Dame Nelly Nardini and her daft son Noddy, Chilly the snowman, Rudi and a band of very merry reindeer, and her best friend Anya.

With the same creative team as last years sell out Peter Pan, prepared to dazzled with incredible special effects including the Snow Queen and her flying sleigh.

Tickets cost £15 adults, £12 concessions, £50 family of 4 and can be purchased at 0333 666 33 66 or ticketsource.co.uk/largsplayers.
