New Year's Day in Millport saw islanders take a brave dip in the sea to celebrate a new decade.
The Loony Dook event proved popular with many participants willing to experience the cold waters to freshen up for 2020.
Kames Bay was the ideal location for the event with lots of sand as those taking part took a run at it before racing back out again!
The popular custom takes place at various spots around Scotland at this time of year, and it would now appear to be the start of a regular tradition on the Isle of Cumbrae!
