The popular Kaim Hill race is returning to Fairlie in April.
The testing race takes runners over hilly terrain and has been a regular date in the athletics calendar for decades.
This year's event takes place on 15 April, starting at 7pm, from the local primary school.
A total of 45 runners have already indicated they will be going.
