Scottish Water repairs lead to road closure on Sunday
A road closure is taking place in Skelmorlie on Sunday 2 February.
The closure is taking place on Innes Park Road at the junction of Toward View.
The reason is because Scottish Water maintenance is being carried out between the times of 9.30am and 3.30pm to replace three broken covers in the carriageway.
A water board spokesman said: "Unfortunately there will be no vehicular access from Toward View beyond the closure for the duration of the works between these times. Pedestrian access will always be maintained.
"Access to emergency works will always be made possible if required."
Scottish Water say that the works should not have an affect on the local water supply while the maintenance is taking place.
