You can speak to a dementia advisor at the Aitken Street premises in Largs between 1-3pm on Wednesdays throughout February.
Alzheimer Scotland has a wide range of volunteering opportunities for you to choose from.
Some of them may require a regular commitment whilst others will be on a more adhoc basis.
