LOVE was in the air for a romance-themed Messy Church in Fairlie recently.
It was the source of inspiration for some of the kids' crafty creations during the monthly Saturday afternoon get together.
As you can see from the photos, the Messy Church is becoming quite a phenomenon in the village and is attracting big numbers.
It is a chance to get messy with arts and crafts, enjoy some storytime and a family meal.
Messy Church is held on the third Saturday of the month at 4pm to 6pm.
Ann Tyler, one of the church volunteers behind Messy Church, is pictured leading one of the sing-songs.
She said: "It has reinvigorated our ability to change and work together to achieve what we want for our parish.
"It has brought opportunities for fellowship and worship that are valid and engaging. It is such a privilege too. "It allows many people and families to engage and re-engage with the church with a new experience of worship."
