Library users in Largs and district don't need to worry about fines as the council facilities moved into lockdown at the end of last week.
North Ayrshire Council announced the closure of all public libraries until further notice.
Online services will still be available but physical buildings shut at the end of business on Thursday 19 March.
A library spokesman said: "We are missing our customers already but we hope you are all staying safe.
Don’t worry about fines and we’re working to change our notifications to advise you of other services we can offer online.
All loans will be extended."
