Jimmy Law, president of Poosie Nansie’s Burns Club in Skelmorlie is Chieftain O’ the Puddin Race for 2020.
Jimmy won the title, winning the Helen Waddell Trophy, for reciting the well known poem ‘Address To a Haggis’ by Robert Burns.
The competition, hosted by Allanton Jolly Beggars Burns Club, presented the judges with a difficult task but Jimmy’s rendition was both accurate and professionally delivered and made him a worthy winner.
