Just before the shutdown the Skelmorlie cub scout pack had a visit to Hunterston Power Station.
Scouts spokesperson Alistair Wyllie, Akela (Bandar Log Pack, Skelmorlie), said: "The visit to Hunterston was a big hit with all the cubs.
"Scouting has had to stop until further notice.
"Our October Pack Holiday to Auchengillan had to be cancelled with the food that had been purchased donated to the local foodbank and new date is May 2021.
"Our Summer Pack Holiday to St Annes in July has also been cancelled, this the first time in over 30 year the the Pack will not have a Summer Pack Holiday, but we will be going in July 2021.
To keep the cubs scouting over this time all the pack got a cub scout hand book so they can still work on badges at home.
"Please keep well to all in the community from all at the 71st Ayrshire Cub Scouts."
