Boating, swimming and other sea-based activities are now allowed once again in Largs and Millport under new guidelines, but please remember to respect the coastline.
That is the message from the Cumbrae and Largs coastguard teams.
They will be deployed on incident prevention patrol over the next three days working in partnership with Largs Police.
With warm and sunny weather forecast over the course of the weekend , coastguard rescue teams will be out and about on patrol to help keep people safe.
A HM Coastguard spokesperson said: "Boating, swimming and other sea-based activities are now allowed once again in Scotland under new guidelines, but please remember to respect the coastline.
"Please take care in these extraordinary times.
"If you see us out on patrol please feel free to give us a wave and if you need to speak to us, please do so remembering social distancing."
