THE re-opening of Lounge has again been put on hold after a change in coronavirus restrictions.

Proprietor Stephen McDonald spoke to the News of his frustration at the conditions that mean trading is currently 'unviable'.
He said: "First Minister Nicola Sturgeon took a backwards step by reducing maximum numbers to six people from two households. We were hoping that this week would be the start of Phase 4, allowing groups of up to 20/30 for functions and events.
"We are all so disappointed as the pre-lockdown refurbishment and new menus - streetfood by day and casual fine dining by night - were really working and we were all looking forward to getting back to business.
Lounge has six component parts:- bar, restaurant, club, terrace, functions and events. At least four parts need to be trading for Lounge to be viable and the venue would only be able to run the bar and restaurant under the current guidance.
Stephen added: "To soften the blow, Room has brought back Eat Out to Help Out scheme at 30 per cent off (up to a maximum of £7 per person) Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday throughout September, October and November."
