High flying Largs Karate Club were back in action briefly after resuming training at a new venue.

The club had been carrying out training via Zoom during the past six months - and have had to make a swift return after only a few weeks back in action.
Following the earlier relaxation of lockdown rules from both the Scottish Government and the Karate Union of Great Britain Guidelines, training had restarted in the Cameron Centre in Lade Street on Tuesdays and Fridays.
However, after the recent changes to restrictions, the karate club has has to close its doors at the Cameron Centre for the time being.
A spokesperson said: "Following the announcement from the Scottish Government, unfortunately physical classes will need to be suspended temporarily. Just as we were getting back into the swing of training, but hopefully it's only for a short while and of course we fully understand and support the government's decision.
"Sensei Williams has kindly agreed to resume online classes via Zoom, which will once again be available for all club members completely free of charge."
