It is a case of 'Shine on' for some darkened streets in West Kilbride.
A street lights problem has been reported during recent months.
Councillor Todd Ferguson has received concerns from residents regarding a problem affecting the lights in Simson Avenue and Lawfield Avenue
Todd said: "The outcome is that the lights are now on and Scottish Power have made a temporary repair, a delay was caused by internal Scottish Power communication. This is being revised we will be informed when a final repair is completed."
