LARGS Academy teachers - including headmaster John Doherty - have produced a video message of support to pupils.
The piece, which has been broadcast on the Largs Academy Clearer Minds mental health ambassador channel, provides important tips and advice, from getting into a daily routine, to going outdoors for a fresh walk and how to keep focus.
John said: "It was just a quick message from the clearer minds team to reassure pupils that as a school we are very proud of how hard everyone is working and the engagement with the online lessons and the submission of work."
The Clearer Minds team is group of S6 pupils which offers support on mental health and wellbeing.
