Police Scotland horses were in Largs helping to carry out additional patrols in the town during the past week.
They are pictured here patrolling the seafront esplanade area alongside Viking warrior statue Magnus.
There are additional patrols in Largs town centre after concerns had been raised about bobbies on the beat raised by local community councillors in a move which has been welcomed.
Today @polscothorses were in Largs carrying out additional patrols. Here Police horse Logie is checking in to make sure there are no future battles scheduled in the town!
