Shine on! It's good to be back - That was the message from St Mary's Primary school as youngsters returned to class for the first time in 2021 following last week's Scottish Government announcement.
It is also marks an end to the dreaded home learning for the pupils of primary 3 and under, which has been an additional burden for parents up and down the land.
A St Mary's Primary spokesperson said: ""We have had a wonderful day welcoming back our P1-3 pupils!
"They are delighted to be back! We hope our future P1s enjoyed their first day back at Nursery too."
