A flood alert has been issued for Ayrshire and Arran.
A SEPA spokesperson said: "We are expecting a spell of very wet and windy weather during Tuesday and into Wednesday.
"Heavy and persistent rain is likely to lead to some disruption due to flooding in some areas. River levels and watercourses are expected to rise to similar levels as those seen over the weekend.
"The situation is set to improve later on Wednesday and Thursday."
SEPA have reminded that the public remain vigilant
A statement on their website states: "Remember, it is your responsibility to take actions which help protect yourself and your property. "
Advice and information is also available through Floodline on 0345 9881188. SEPA say the flood warning is now in force.
